No Age Limit to Start Learning Martial Arts

A common misconception with learning martial arts is you have to be young and/or already in great shape. This couldn't be further from the truth! Many students start martial arts to get into better shape, not because they're already where they want to be. It's also not only about physical enhancement but mental as well. We teach respect, self-discipline, and self-confidence and I've seen more students grow in those aspects than any other. Here at Pak's we have a very wide range of new students from three years old to seventy and everywhere in between! We help students push their limits, because like Bruce Lee has stated before "If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them."

So instead of having the mindset "You can't teach an old dog new tricks" think of it this way:

"The quickest way to become an old dog is to stop learning new tricks"
